WilmaS Salmon Cakes
Ingredients
- 1 can pink salmon
- 1 small onion chopped
- chopped green pepper optional
- 2 Tbsp fresh chopped basil
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 egg beaten or 14 c Egg Beaters
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp flour slightly more if needed to hold patties together
- cracker crumbs optional
- 8 or 9 crushed crackers to roll patties in
Directions
- Mix salmon onion green pepper if desired basil thyme salt pepper egg flour and cracker crumbs if desired
- Form patties and roll in additional cracker crumbs
- Fry in small amount of Crisco
- Makes 5 to 6 patties
