Winter Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

• 12 lb Turkey or Italian sausage sliced in 12 inch slices
• 1 c diced onion large
• 1 c sliced carrots
• 2 small zucchini sliced
• 1 - 16oz can tomatoes chopped and undrained
• 2 c finely shredded cabbage
• 1 tsp crumbled Basil
• 1 tsp salt optinal
• 1 minced garlic clove
• 14 tsp pepper
• 2 cans beef bouillon 10 34oz cans or 3 beef bouillon cubes in 1 12 cups water
• 1 can 16oz Great Northern Beans

Directions

1. Assemble all ingredients except beans in large kettle and cook till vegetables are tender
2. Add the beans undrained and reheat
3. Ready to serve
