Ingredients

• 2 c flour
• 34 c Crisco
• 1 tsp salt
• 6 Tbsp cold orange juice

Directions

1. Cut Crisco into flour and salt
2. Sprinkle in cold orange juice and stir only until dough leaves sides of bowl
3. The secret is do not handle the dough very much
4. Divide dough into two equal parts and roll out one at a time on well floured area
5. Place in pie plate and flute poke holes in it and bake for your one crust pies
6. Bake at 425 until lightly brown
