Wonderful Wheat Waffles
Ingredients
- 1 34 c whole wheat flour
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 34 c milk
- 2 stiffly beaten egg whites
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 2 beaten egg yolks
- 12 c oil
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients
- Combine yolks milk and oil
- Stir into dry ingredients until smooth
- Fold in stiff egg whites leaving it slightly fluffy curdled looking
- Bake in waffle iron
