Ingredients
- 2 lb hamburger
- 1 large onion diced
- 1 can water chestnuts diced
- 1 12 Tbsp sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 6 Tbsp soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- 2 pkg wonton skins
Directions
- Brown meat and onion drain fat
- Add rest of ingredients except wonton skins
- Put mixture each skin
- Fold in triangle Wet edges with cold water to seal
- Fry in 1-inch hot oil until golden brown 30 to 60 seconds
- Drain on paper towel
- Freeze if you wish
