Woodchuck Patties

Ingredients
- 1 12 lb boned woodchuck meat
- 1 c bread crumbs
- 12 c chopped parsley
- 12 c green onions chopped
- 12 c green pepper chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp basil
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Remove all fat from the meat and grind with a meat grinder Mix the ground meat with bread crumbs egg parsley green onions green pepper garlic powder and basil
- Salt and pepper to taste and shape into patties
