Working PersonS Roast

Ingredients

• 1 roast beef
• 1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
• 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 section fresh garlic

Directions

1. Put roast in a large piece of heavy aluminum foil
2. Cut slits in meat and insert slivers of garlic
3. Cover roast with soup Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce over meat
4. Sprinkle onion soup mix over meat
5. Add desired seasoning
6. Cover tightly with foil leaving room around meat
7. Place in pan
8. Cook at 250 from 700 am to 500 pm meat is tender and juicy and gravy is made Delicious
