Ingredients

• 2 sticks butter
• 1 c white sugar
• 1 c brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 c oil
• 1 c oatmeal
• 1 c crushed Special K
• 12 c coconut
• 3 12 c self-rising flour
• 2 Tbsp vanilla
• 12 c nuts

Directions

1. Cream softened butter and sugars
2. Add egg and oil
3. Add oats Special K and coconut
4. Add flour vanilla and nuts
5. Roll in balls walnut size
6. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet flatten with fork dipped in water
7. Makes 7 to 8 dozen
