Ingredients

• 5 c flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cream of tartar
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 c powdered sugar
• 1 c granulated sugar
• 1 c margarine
• 2 tsp almond extract
• 1 c oil
• 2 eggs

Directions

1. Mix flour baking soda cream of tartar and salt together and set aside
2. Mix together sugars margarine and almond extract Stir in oil and eggs
3. Mix with electric mixer until well mixed Add flour mixture one cup at a time
4. Use electric mixer until mixture becomes very thick finish mixing with a wooden spoon Chill dough
5. Roll chilled dough into walnut-sized balls
6. Place on cookie sheet
7. Press with fork or a tumbler dipped in sugar
8. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350
