Ingredients

  • 1 3 lb head new cabbage approximately
  • 1 c rice
  • 1 12 lb coarsely ground lamb not too lean
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • pepper cinnamon and allspice to taste
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 No 2 can tomatoes

  1. Core cabbage and submerge into salted boiling water
  2. While boiling loosen each cabbage leaf with a fork and when slightly tender remove
