Yam Cake
Ingredients
- 2 c cake flour
- 2 c sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 12 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 12 c oil
- 4 eggs
- 3 c grated raw sweet potato
- 1 c pecans
Directions
- Sift and mix dry ingredients Mix in other ingredients and bake in 3 layers at 400 for 25 minutes
