Yam Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 can 29 oz yams
• 1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple drained
• 14 c rum
• juice of 3 oranges 12 c
• 2 large yams cooked
• marshmallows

Directions

1. Cook yams drain
2. Add canned yams pour off some of the juices
3. Mash all yams
4. Add pineapple orange juice and rum Blend
5. Pour into greased Pyrex pan
6. Sprinkle with marshmallows Bake at 400 until bubbly 20 to 25 minutes
