Yankee Doodle Salad

Ingredients
- 4 oz elbow macaroni uncooked
- 2 tsp prepared mustard
- 2 c 8 oz cubed Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb hot dogs cut in 12-inch pieces ham can be used
- 3 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 c sour cream
- 14 c sweet pickle relish drained
- 14 c chopped green pepper
- 14 c chopped green onion
Directions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain
- In a large bowl toss macaroni with sour cream pickle relish green pepper onion vinegar and mustard
- Fold in cheese and hot dog pieces
- Chill 3 to 4 hours to blend flavors
- Makes approximately 6 cups
