Yankee Noodle Dandies
Ingredients
- 1 6 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 6 oz pkg butterscotch morsels
- 2 3 oz cans La Choy chow mein noodles
- 12 c chopped peanuts or cashews
Directions
- Melt chocolate and butterscotch morsels in top of double boiler over hot water
- Remove from heat quickly stir in noodles and peanuts until evenly coated
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper
- Chill
- Store in refrigerator until ready to serve
- Makes 36 cookies
