Yeast Biscuits

Ingredients
- 1 c warm water
- 1 pkg dry yeast
- 2 Tbsp soft butter or shortening
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 12 c flour
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water with 1 tablespoon sugar
- Add shortening salt 1 tablespoon sugar and flour
- Mix well
- Pour out on floured board and knead a few times then cut out and place in a pan
- Grease top and let rise in a warm place until double in size about 12 to 1 hour
- Bake at 400 until brown
- Makes about 1 12 dozen
