Yeast Bread
Ingredients
- 5 12 to 6 12 c all-purpose flour
- 1 12 c water
- 12 c milk
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 5 Tbsp margarine
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 pkg yeast
Directions
- In large mixing bowl combine 2 cups flour sugar salt and yeast
- Heat water milk and 3 tablespoons margarine until warm butter does not need to melt
- With electric mixer at medium speed add liquid ingredients with the dry ingredients
- Beat for 2 minutes scraping bowl occasionally
- Add 1 cup flour and beat 2 minutes at high speed
- With spoon stir in about 3 cups of flour to make soft dough
