Yeast Buns

Ingredients
- 1 pkg yeast
- 1 c lukewarm water
- 2 c flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp melted shortening
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in water
- Sift dry ingredients
- Stir yeast mixture into dry
- Add shortening
- Knead on floured board until smooth
- Roll out 12-inch
- Cut into biscuits let rise 1 hour Bake in hot oven until brown
- Makes 8 buns
