Yeast Hot Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg dry yeast
  • 4 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 2 c flour
  • 34 c hot tap water
  • 1 c flour for floured board

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Turn to 325
  3. Place rolls in oven
  4. Mix yeast in water until dissolved
  5. Mix salt with flour then mix all together well
  6. Make rolls on floured board
  7. Let rise for 3 hours Bake in a 325 oven
  8. Heat oven to 400 then turn down heat to 325 for 20 minutes or until golden brown
