Ingredients

- 2 Tbsp corn syrup
- 12 c water
- 2 egg whites
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 Tbsp butter
Directions

- syrup
- sugar and water to 242Whip egg whites very stiff

- bowl beat egg yolks stiff
- Combine the 2 and whip in syrup in thin stream
- When stiff and ready to spread add butter Keep vessel covered for first cooking of sugar to prevent crystallization on sides of pan
