Yellow Peppers

Ingredients
- peppers sliced lengthwise and seeds removed
- 1 small onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic cut up
- 1 tsp plain salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 13 c oil
- 1 c white vinegar
Directions
- Pack jars full with peppers
- Boil water
- Fill jars to brim cap and turn over for 24 hours then store for eating
