  • 4 8 oz containers plain low-fat yogurt

Directions

  1. Line large sieve with double thickness of cheesecloth
  2. Add yogurt
  3. Set over bowl
  4. Cover and put in refrigerator for 24 hours
  5. Use with baked or mashed potatoes as a spread or in dips
