Yogurt Fluff

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg sugar-free Jell-O
  • 34 c boiling water
  • 12 c cold water
  • ice cubes
  • 1 8 oz container plain yogurt
  • 12 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Pour boiling water into blender add Jell-O
  2. Blend on low speed until dissolved about 1 minute
  3. Combine cold water and ice to make 1 cup cold water
  4. Add to Jell-O and stir until almost melted
  5. Then blend in yogurt and vanilla
  6. Chill in dessert glasses or bowl until set about 1 hour
  7. Makes 5 servings 35 calories per serving
