Ingredients

- 2 Tbsp cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 c milk
Directions
- Combine flour and salt
- Add milk eggs and oil
- Whisk with a wire whip
- Let

- about 2 hours while roast is cooking Pour some of meat drippings into a 9 x 8-inch baking dish
- Add batter and
- cook
- in
- hot oven at 425 until batter rises in peaks about 30 minutes
- Serve with roast beef
