Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients
- 12 c plus 2 Tbsp flour
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 c milk
- roast beef drippings
Directions
- Sift flour and salt into bowl
- Drop eggs into a well in center of flour and pour in milk
- Beat until smooth
- When roast is done remove from oven
- and keep warm
- Increase oven heat to 450
- Pour beef drippings into 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan and heat until sizzling hot
- Pour batter over hot drippings
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes until puffy and golden
- Serve in slices with roast beef
