  • 12 c milk
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 12 c water
  • roast beef drippings or butter for pan

Directions

  1. Have milk eggs and water at room temperature
  2. Preheat oven to 400
  3. Mix
  4. flour and salt in a bowl
  5. Pour into a well in the center of the flour mix the milk
  6. Stir Beat eggs until fluffy Beat into the batter Add water and beat well until large bubbles appear
  7. Pour batter into a 9 x 12-inch hot ovenproof baking dish with beef drippings or butter melted in it
  8. Bake for 20 minutes Reduce heat to 350 and bake about 10 minutes more
  9. Cut into squares and serve immediately
