You WonT Believe This Cornbread Stuffing

Ingredients
- 2 loaves coarse grain whole wheat bread 2 or 3 days old diced or cubed
- oil
- 2 Tbsp poultry seasoning
- 4 cans chicken broth
- 1 c corn meal
- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 c diced celery
- 1 stick butter
- 2 c water
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
Directions
- Put chicken broth in heavy saucepan
- Bring to simmer
- Pour corn meal into chicken broth slowly stirring constantly until thick about 10 minutes
- Cover and set aside
