You WonT Believe This Cornbread Stuffing

Ingredients

• 2 loaves coarse grain whole wheat bread 2 or 3 days old diced or cubed
• oil
• 2 Tbsp poultry seasoning
• 4 cans chicken broth
• 1 c corn meal
• 1 medium onion diced
• 2 c diced celery
• 1 stick butter
• 2 c water
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 12 tsp pepper

Directions

1. Put chicken broth in heavy saucepan
2. Bring to simmer
3. Pour corn meal into chicken broth slowly stirring constantly until thick about 10 minutes
4. Cover and set aside
