YouD Never Guess ItS Spinach Dip

Ingredients

• 1 pkg 10-oz frozen chopped spinach thawed
• 12 c chopped and peeled onion
• 14 c chopped trimmed parsley
• 1 tsp salt
• 12 tsp ground black pepper
• 2 c mayonnaise
• 18 tsp hot pepper sauce

Directions

1. Drain frozen chopped spinach squeezing out all excess liquid Place in a blender or processor
2. Add chopped onion chopped parsley salt pepper mayonnaise and liquid hot pepper sauce to blender or food processor
3. Blend until smooth
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve
