Yuletide Ham-Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 2 8 oz cream cheese
• 12 lb sharp Cheddar
• 2 tsp grated onion
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp mustard
• 12 tsp paprika
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 2 14 oz can deviled ham
• 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
• 2 Tbsp chopped pimento
• 23 c chopped pecans

Directions

1. Soften cream cheese add other ingredients except pecans Roll into a large ball then roll in chopped pecans
2. Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight
3. Sprinkle with additional paprika
