Yummy Brisket

Ingredients

  • 1 4 lb beef brisket
  • 1 pkg Lipton dried onion soup mix
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • garlic powder

Directions

  1. Trim fat on brisket
  2. Line cake pan with aluminum foil 6 inches extra on each side
  3. Put brisket on foil
  4. Rub Worcestershire sauce on brisket generously so there is some on the pan
  5. Rub with garlic powder and pepper
  6. Top with soup mix
  7. Top with another sheet of foil and seal well with bottom sheet
  8. Bake at 250 for 3 to 3 12 hours
  9. Slice into thin pieces
