Yummy Chocolate Mint Fudge
Ingredients
- 17 12 oz jar marshmallow cream
- 1 12 c sugar
- 23 c evaporated milk I prefer Milnot
- 14 c butter
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 10 oz pkg Nestle Toll House mint-flavored semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 12 c chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- In medium saucepan combine marshmallow cream sugar evaporated milk butter and salt bring to boil stirring constantly over medium heat
- Boil 5 minutes stirring constantly over medium heat
- Remove from heat
- Add mint-flavored chocolate morsels stir until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth Store in nuts and vanilla extract
- Pour into foil-lined 8-inch square pan
- Chill in refrigerator until firm about 2 hours
- Cut into 1-inch squares
- Makes 1 34 pounds of delicious fudge candy Great for the Christmas holidays or for anytime of the year
