Yummy Creamed Chicken

Ingredients

• 6 Tbsp butter
• 6 Tbsp flour
• 2 tsp salt
• 18 tsp pepper
• 1 12 c chicken broth or bouillon and water to equal this
• 1 c milk
• 2 cans chunk chicken or 1 c cut up chicken

Directions

1. Melt butter blend in flour salt and pepper
2. Cook over low heat until bubbly
3. Remove from heat and stir in broth and milk Bring to boil and boil 1 minute stirring constantly
4. Gently stir in chicken
5. Serve over hot biscuits andor mashed potatoes
