Yummy Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 12 c evaporated milk
• 2 c sugar
• 4 oz unsweetened chocolate
• 12 tsp salt
• 14 c butter
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Heat milk and sugar to rolling boil in 2-quart saucepan stirring constantly
2. Boil and stir 1 minute
3. Add chocolate and salt
4. Stir until chocolate melts then beat with rotary beater until smooth
5. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla Keeps well in jar in refrigerator if the family doesnt find it
