Yummy Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 11 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 12 c shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c sour cream
- 6 medium potatoes sliced thin
- salt and pepper to taste
- 14 c thin sliced onion optional
Directions
- Combine cream of chicken soup and 1 cup cheese in saucepan Heat over medium-low heat stirring to prevent scorching
- Add sour cream Mix thoroughly
- Place potatoes in casserole one layer at a time and top with the mixture 13 each time over the three layers
- Cream mixture on top
