Yummy Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 11 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
• 1 12 c shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1 c sour cream
• 6 medium potatoes sliced thin
• salt and pepper to taste
• 14 c thin sliced onion optional

Directions

1. Combine cream of chicken soup and 1 cup cheese in saucepan Heat over medium-low heat stirring to prevent scorching
2. Add sour cream Mix thoroughly
3. Place potatoes in casserole one layer at a time and top with the mixture 13 each time over the three layers
4. Cream mixture on top
