Yummy Strawberry Pie
Ingredients
- 18 graham crackers
- 14 c sugar
- 12 c melted butter
- 1 15 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 12 c lemon juice
- 1 qt fresh strawberries sliced
- 1 4 12 oz container Cool Whip
Directions
- Crush crackers fine then combine with sugar and butter
- Mix well
- Press firmly in unbuttered 9-inch pie plate
- Bake at 375 for 8 minutes
- Place in refrigerator to cool
- Mix milk and lemon juice by hand until thick
- Add strawberries and part of the juice for color
- Arrange in pie shell
- Refrigerate until ready to serve
- Top with Cool Whip
