Zemakove Knedliky A Kysele ZeliPotato Dumplings With Sauerkraut

Ingredients

• 2 c mashed potatoes
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 egg
• 1 No 2 12 size can sauerkraut
• 1 12 c flour

Directions

1. Mix potatoes salt baking powder and egg together
2. Add 1 cup flour and work with hands as for pie crust
3. More flour may be needed if egg is large or potatoes are fresh
4. Make into a ball and knead
5. Cut into 5 or more pieces
6. Roll each piece into a ball or press together
