Zero Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 12 c tomato juice
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
• salt optional
• pepper to taste

Directions

1. Combine ingredients in a jar with tightly fitted top Shake well and refrigerate Shake well before use
