Zesta Dessert
Ingredients
- 40 soda crackers
- 12 c butter
- 4 egg whites
- 12 pt whipping cream
- 2 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 c sugar
- 12 tsp vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 1 can pie filling cherry raspberry blueberry
Directions
- Combine crackers with butter and press on bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan reserving 14 cup for topping
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form then gradually add sugar salt and vanilla
- Spread egg white mixture over cracker crumbs
- Bake in a 325 oven 10 to 15 minutes
- Cool
- Spread pie filling over top Beat whipping cream until stiff
- Add powdered sugar
- Spread pie filling and refrigerate
- Cut into squares to serve
