Zesty Meat Loaf
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 12 slices bread torn into small pieces
- 12 c milk
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 Tbsp minced onion
- 12 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
- 18 tsp mustard
- green pepper optional
- catsup
- barbecue sauce
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together well
- Add enough catsup to darken meat
- Mix again and shape into loaf
- Cover center of loaf with barbecue sauce and around edge of this with catsup
- Take knife and swirl these two together covering top of loaf
- Bake 1 hour at 350
