Zesty Mozzarella Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 egg white lightly beaten
• 2 Tbsp milk
• 1 c dry bread crumbs
• 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
• 14 tsp each salt pepper garlic powder cayenne pepper and dried oregano
• 8 boneless skinless chicken halves
• 14 c butter or margarine
• 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
• 1 tsp dried basil
• 1 c 4 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions

1. In a shallow bowl combine egg white and milk
2. In another bowl combine the bread crumbs Parmesan cheese and seasonings Dip each chicken breast in the egg white mixture then in the crumb mixture
