8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
14 c butter
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 tsp dried basil
1 c 4 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese

In a shallow bowl combine egg white and milk
In another bowl combine the bread crumbs Parmesan cheese and seasonings Dip each chicken breast in the egg white mixture then in the bread crumb mixture
Melt butter in skillet brown chicken on both sides until no longer pink and juice runs clear
