Zesty Sauerkraut

Ingredients
- 16 oz sauerkraut rinsed
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 medium onions chopped
- 2 bacon slices crumbled
- 8 oz beer
- 2 Tbsp molasses
- 2 Tbsp mustard
- 12 green or red pepper chopped
Directions
- Saute onion and pepper in butter
- Broil bacon and crumble Rinse sauerkraut and place in baking dish
- Add the beer molasses and mustard to onions peppers and bacon
- Cook and stir for 3 minutes
- Pour over sauerkraut and bake 30 minutes at 350
