Zesty Sauerkraut

Ingredients

• 16 oz sauerkraut rinsed
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 2 medium onions chopped
• 2 bacon slices crumbled
• 8 oz beer
• 2 Tbsp molasses
• 2 Tbsp mustard
• 12 green or red pepper chopped

Directions

1. Saute onion and pepper in butter
2. Broil bacon and crumble Rinse sauerkraut and place in baking dish
3. Add the beer molasses and mustard to onions peppers and bacon
4. Cook and stir for 3 minutes
5. Pour over sauerkraut and bake 30 minutes at 350
