Zesty Veggies

Ingredients
- 1 2 12 oz jar mushrooms
- 1 12 c cauliflowerets
- 1 c broccoli flowerets
- 1 c celery cut into 2-inch strips about 2 stalks
- 34 c tarragon vinegar
- 13 c oil
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
Directions
- Drain the mushrooms and reserve the liquid
- Add enough water to liquid to make 1 cup
- In large skillet combine all ingredients
- Bring to a boil stirring occasionally
- Simmer about 5 minutes
- Cool and refrigerate in a tightly covered bowl for at least 24 hours
