Zippy Beef Olive Spread

Ingredients

• 1 tsp instant minced onion softened in 1 Tbsp dry sherry or water
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
• 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 3 oz pkg smoked beef
• 14 c chopped pimiento-stuffed green olives

Directions

1. Soften onion in sherry or water
2. Add to cream cheese and mayonnaise
3. Mix well
4. Chop finely the smoked beef and olives Add to cream cheese mixture
5. Mix well
6. Form into ball or log Chill
7. Serve with crackers
