Zippy Meatball Appetizers
Ingredients
- 1 egg beaten
- 34 c soft bread crumbs
- 14 c chili sauce
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp instant minced onion
- 18 tsp garlic powder
- 34 lb ground beef
- 13 c Crisco if needed
- 1 bottle barbecue sauce
Directions
- Combine the first 6 ingredients
- Add ground beef and mix thoroughly
- Shape into meatballs and brown slowly in Crisco
- Dip meatballs into warmed barbecue sauce
