Zippy Taco Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 15 oz can kidney beans drained
- 12 c picante sauce
- 12 lb Velveeta cheese cubed
- tortilla chips
- 3 c shredded lettuce
- 3 c chopped tomato
Directions
- Brown meat drain Stir in beans and sauce
- Cover
- Simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally
- Add Velveeta stir until melted For each serving top chips with lettuce tomato and meat mixture
