Zucchini-Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 lb squash
• 1 large onion chopped
• 1 c sour cream
• 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
• 1 large bag stuffing mix

Directions

1. Cook squash until tender drain mash lightly and drain again Make stuffing according to directions
2. Layer 12 of stuffing on bottom of 9 x 12-inch casserole dish
3. Mix rest of ingredients together layer and then top with remaining stuffing
4. Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes
