Zucchini-Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 lb squash
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
- 1 large bag stuffing mix
Directions
- Cook squash until tender drain mash lightly and drain again Make stuffing according to directions
- Layer 12 of stuffing on bottom of 9 x 12-inch casserole dish
- Mix rest of ingredients together layer and then top with remaining stuffing
- Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes
