Zucchini Appetizer

Ingredients
- 3 c thinly sliced zucchini unpeeled
- 1 c Bisquick mix
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp snipped parsley
- 12 tsp oregano
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- 4 eggs slightly beaten
- 12 c onion finely chopped
- 12 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 12 c vegetable oil
Directions
- Mix
- all ingredients pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
- Cut into squares and serve cold
