Zucchini Appetizers
Ingredients
- 1 c Bisquick
- 12 c Parmesan cheese
- 12 c chopped onion
- seasoned salt
- pepper
- 1 clove garlic diced
- 12 c oil
- 2 Tbsp parsley
- 2 Tbsp oregano
- 3 c zucchini sliced
- 4 eggs slightly beaten
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except zucchini and eggs together
- Mix well
- Then add zucchini and eggs
- Pour into greased 9-inch square pan
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown
- Cool and cut into squares
