Zucchini Appetizers

Ingredients

• 3 c thinly sliced unpared zucchini
• 1 c Bisquick
• 12 c finely chopped onion
• 12 c grated Parmesan
• 2 Tbsp parsley
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp seasoned salt
• 12 tsp oregano leaves
• dash of pepper
• 1 clove garlic finely chopped
• 12 c vegetable oil
• 4 eggs slightly beaten
• dash of hot sauce

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350
2. Grease oblong pan 13 x 9 x 2-inches
3. Mix all ingredients spread in pan
4. Bake until golden brown about 25 minutes
5. Cut into 2 x 1-inch pieces
6. Makes 4 dozen appetizers
