Zucchini AppetizerServes 8
Ingredients
- 3 to 3 12 c unpeeled zucchini grated
- 12 c onion diced
- clove of garlic diced
- 12 c Romano cheese grated
- 12 tsp seasoned salt
- 12 tsp oregano
- 1 c Bisquick
- 2 eggs beaten
- 12 c oil
- 2 tsp parsley
- 12 tsp basil
- 12 tsp salt
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except Bisquick
- Add Bisquick and place on a 9 x 13-inch greased pan
- Bake at 350 until golden brown 25 to 40 minutes
- Cut into 1 x 2-inch squares for serving
