Zucchini Bake
Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 12 c sour cream
- 4 c sliced cooked zucchini
- 1 c shredded carrots
- 14 c onion minced
- 2 c stuffing mix
- 14 c butter melted
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except stuffing mix and butter
- Place in 2-quart baking dish
- Toss stuffing mix with butter and spoon over vegetables
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
- Makes about 6 cups
