Zucchini Boats

Ingredients

• small to medium zucchini squash
• Parmesan cheese
• bacon slices

Directions

1. Slice squash lengthwise
2. Sprinkle with Parmesan
3. Twist and lay 12 slice bacon on each squash
4. Place on a cookie sheet
5. Bake at 300 until desired doneness
