Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

• 3 eggs beaten until light and foamy
• 1 c oil
• 2 c sugar
• 2 c grated zucchini
• 3 tsp vanilla
• 3 c flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 12 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 tsp cinnamon
• 1 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Add oil sugar zucchini and vanilla to eggs
2. Mix together dry ingredients and nuts add to egg mixture
3. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans
4. Bake at 350 about 1 hour
